WHY:
- Join this annual informal opportunity to present your work before peers
- Hear the latest from Alaskans actively engaged in arctic health sciences research
- Learn more about the American Society of Circumpolar Health (new members always welcome!), and other opportunities to get involved in arctic health
- New investigators and graduate students are particularly encouraged to present
WHAT: The Albrecht Milan Foundation will provide the Albrecht - Milan Emerging Professional Award to one of the AHSS presenters, and there may be additional student prizes.
HOW: Please submit a 350 word abstract by
Monday, February 29, 2016 in order to apply for an opportunity to present. Abstract should clearly demonstrate and/or state relevance to Arctic Health and Research. Each presenter will have 15 minutes; 10 for presentation and 5 for questions. Contact Brenna Simons-Petrusa for questions or advice on presentations (

LUNCH: A light lunch, available for a small donation, will accompany the networking and the Annual Meeting of the American Society for Circumpolar Health.
WHEN: Plan for an entire afternoon of presentations, unless there are so many we expand to a morning start.
