ASCH 2025 Annual Meeting and Scientific Symposium
The 2025 ASCH Annual Meeting was a success melding of presentations on climate change and health followed by Flash Presentations on a wide variety of topics.
With over 50 participants between ‘in person’ and online attendance, the group explored many different topics and trends for the future. The ASCH Annual Meeting and Scientific Symposium was held March 21, 2025 on the UAA Campus and by Zoom. The Emerging Health Care Worker award was presented to Megan McIImail, UAA MSW Program, won the Arctic Health Emerging Professional Award. Sarah J. Kim from West High School won a new category for High School students.

2024
The ASCH Annual Meeting and Scientific Symposium was a great success. It was held on Friday, March 29, 2024 from noon to 4:30. There were 30+ in person attendees and nearly 25 Zoom attendees.
The live event was on the UAA Campus, Professional Studies Building. There was an ASCH
business meeting at noon followed by the Scientific Symposium.
There was an exciting program of invited plenary speakers and presentations submitted from our members. Here is a full list of speakers, the 2024 Annual Meeting Program, all the abstracts plus the 2024 Albrecht Milan Emerging Professional Award winners.
