- All tickets are non-transferable.
- Through January 8, 2027 - 100% refund minus $75 admin fee to cover platform/processing costs.
- January 8 through May 5, 2027 - 50% refund
- After May 5, 2027 - No refunds

As the U.S. adhering body of the International Union for Circumpolar Health (IUCH), the American Society for Circumpolar Health plays a key role in supporting the Congress and the ongoing collaboration it represents.
